Yes. B2B buyers can submit a drawing, applicable standard or physical sample for technical review. Material, dimensions, tolerances, finish, test scope, quantity and packaging should be confirmed before production.
Which screw standards can be specified?
Screws can be produced to applicable ISO, DIN, JIS, GB or ANSI dimensional requirements, or to an approved buyer drawing. The exact standard and revision must be stated on the RFQ and purchase specification.
What information is required for a screw quotation?
Please provide the screw type, diameter, length, head, drive, thread, point, material or grade, finish, application, order quantity, packaging and destination market. Drawings and test requirements help reduce assumptions.
Can JLHY supply OEM and private-label packaging?
Buyer-specified small boxes, bulk cartons, labels and private-label packaging can be reviewed for bulk orders. Provide artwork, pack count, barcode and destination-market requirements with the RFQ.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample requirements can be reviewed after the specification is confirmed. Sample type, tooling, quantity, test scope, cost and lead time depend on whether the item is standard or custom.
How should buyers specify corrosion resistance?
State the base material, coating system, coating thickness, environment and agreed test method. Salt-spray hours are laboratory comparison targets and do not directly guarantee outdoor service life.
What is the difference between SS 304 and SS 316 screws?
SS 304 is widely used for general outdoor and industrial applications. SS 316 contains molybdenum and is commonly selected for stronger chloride resistance. Final material selection should reflect the actual environment and project specification.
How are custom screw requirements verified?
Verification can include buyer-approved drawings, dimensional inspection, material requirements, coating checks and agreed performance tests. The inspection plan and acceptance criteria should be defined before production.
